There is always a point in all my projects where I seriously question my design decisions. The drawing is disproportionate or the painting looks flat and unrecognizable. As an art teacher I always tell my students to push through the awkward part, because creating art is a journey. You just can’t stop and give up. I needed to hear myself say those words today. So here are pictures of a painting project from start to awkward to finish.
